3. Services

Manna Down Under offers the following:

• Coaching Sessions: Online 1:1 coaching sessions delivered via Zoom, covering migration, career, financial literacy and lifestyle topics.

• Online Courses: Self-paced digital courses delivered via the Squarespace Members Area.

• Digital Products: Downloadable resources including PDF guides, templates and worksheets.

• Community Access: Free membership of the MaDU Facebook community group.

• Email Newsletter: The Manna Letters, delivered via email on a regular basis.

4. Coaching Services — Important Limitations

Manna Down Under coaching sessions are based on lived personal experience and general information. They do not constitute and must not be relied upon as:

• Legal advice or migration advice (we are not registered migration agents)

• Financial advice or investment advice (we do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence)

• Psychological or mental health counselling

• Medical advice

• Tax advice

For matters requiring professional advice, you are strongly encouraged to consult a registered and appropriately licensed professional. MaDU can refer you to relevant professionals upon request.

5. Booking & Sessions

All coaching sessions are booked via our e-mail communication. By completing a booking, you agree to the following:

• Sessions are conducted online via Zoom and are recorded for your personal reference. Recordings are shared with you within 24 hours of the session.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and device.

• Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not result in session extensions.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the session may be rescheduled but are not eligible for a refund.

• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to illness or emergency, with reasonable notice to you.

6. Courses & Digital Products

Upon successful payment for an online course or digital product:

• Courses: You will be granted access to the course content via the Squarespace Members Area. Access is for your personal, non-commercial use only. Course content may not be shared, redistributed, or reproduced.

• Digital Products: A download link will be sent to your email address. Links are typically valid for 30 days. Please download and save your files promptly.

• All course and digital product content is protected by copyright and remains the intellectual property of Manna Down Under.

7. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Manna Down Under is not currently registered for GST. Prices do not include GST as we are currently below the GST registration threshold.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe through the Squarespace platform. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices that apply to that purchase.

8. Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for full details. A summary:

• Coaching sessions: Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance; no refund within 48 hours (rescheduling available).

• Course materials: No refunds on instant-download digital products, as they are delivered immediately upon purchase.

• Digital products: No refunds on instant-download digital products, as they are delivered immediately upon purchase.

Refund requests should be submitted to hello@mannadownunder.com. We aim to process all eligible refunds within 5–7 business days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, PDF guides, videos, and other materials — is the intellectual property of Manna Down Under and is protected by Australian copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

You may share links to our website and reference our content with attribution, provided you do not reproduce substantial portions of our materials.

10. User Conduct
