Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from Manna Down Under. This policy explains exactly when you can receive a refund and how to request one. Our policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product or service:

  • Has a major fault or failure

  • Is significantly different from its description

  • Does not do what it was represented to do

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the ACL.

2. Mentorship Sessions

Cancelled more than 48 hours before session Full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days

Cancelled within 48 hours of session No refund. Complimentary reschedule to another available date within 60 days.

No-show (no contact made) No refund and no reschedule. Session is forfeited.

Session cancelled by MaDU (illness, emergency) Full refund or complimentary reschedule at your preference.

Technical failure on MaDU's side preventing session Full refund or complimentary reschedule.

Technical failure on client's side No refund. Reschedule may be offered at our discretion.

3. Course Materials Due to the immediate nature of digital product delivery, we do not offer refunds on digital products (PDF guides, templates, worksheets, and other downloadable files) once the download link has been accessed or the file downloaded.

4. Digital Products (Instant Downloads) Due to the immediate nature of digital product delivery, we do not offer refunds on digital products (PDF guides, templates, worksheets, and other downloadable files) once the download link has been accessed or the file downloaded.

Exceptions — we will issue a refund or replacement for digital products if:

  • The file is corrupt or cannot be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement

  • The product is materially different from its description on our website

  • A duplicate purchase was made due to a system error

5. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please email hello@mannadownunder.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • Your full name

  • Your order number or booking reference

  • The product or session you are requesting a refund for

  • The reason for your request

  • Your preferred resolution (refund or reschedule)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

6. Chargebacks We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly by contacting us directly. Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent or in violation of this policy may result in suspension of access to all MaDU products and services.
